Mostry
Mostry is a SaaS product designed to democratize access to AI-based virtual assistants. The project's goal was to create a platform capable of automating first-level customer support, making it scalable, easy to implement, and able to adapt to the user's tone of voice. It is not just a simple chatbot, but a true "virtual collaborator" active 24/7.
The main challenge during the design phase was to accommodate two types of users with diametrically opposed needs, without cluttering the interface. On one hand, dynamic startups (represented by the Giulia persona, a SaaS Founder) looking for a "Plug & Play" setup, implementation speed, and zero friction. On the other hand, more traditional corporate realities (like Marco, Head of Digital Transformation in a mechanical SME), which require a highly precise system capable of reading complex documentation like .dwg files and workshop manuals with absolutely no margin for error.
To break down the typical technical "coldness" of AI tools, I developed a visual identity that is both modern and accessible. The choice of a dark mode with vibrant magenta accents positions the product perfectly in the contemporary tech landscape, but the real breakthrough element is the introduction of the mascot: "Mostry." This figure makes the interaction friendlier, reassures the user during onboarding, and transforms a highly technical process into an enjoyable experience.
I designed the interface aiming for the maximum reduction of initial friction. The dashboard immediately demonstrates the product's value by offering seamless integration: users simply customize the frame dimensions and copy an HTML snippet directly into their website. Even the metrics for the most demanding users (such as the degree of accuracy in reading technical documents) are displayed in a clear and clean manner, ensuring authority and reliability without sacrificing visual simplicity.
